Michael Urbanos
General Counsel & Chief Administrator Officer

As Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel, Mike oversees all administrative and corporate legal matters for the company. Mike has over 20-years of experience handling corporate legal matters, real estate transactions and financings, directly and through the supervision of outside counsel. He oversees insurance and risk management, and HR and employee benefits plans. Mike joined Space Center in 1994 and is a member of the company’s Board of Directors, and is a trustee of the Donald G. McNeely Trust, the sole shareholder of Space Center.

Mike graduated from William Mitchell Law School with a Juris Doctorate degree, and from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management with a M.B.T. degree, and from St. John’s University with a B.S. degree in Accounting and is a C.P.A. Mike is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties Legal Forum. He serves on the National Alumni Board and Board of Trustees of St. John’s University, the Advisory Board for the McNeely Center for Entrepreneurship, the Minneapolis Rotary Foundation, Treasurer of Sterling Housing, a non-profit focused on affordable housing and a Trustee of the Manitou Fund – the beneficiary of the Donald G. McNeely Trust.

Mike resides in Minnetonka, Minnesota and operates out of the company’s headquarters in St. Paul, Minnesota.
