A 217,000 square foot high image cross-dock facility developed by Space Center in July 1997.  The building features 30' clear height, 25 dock-high truck doors with load levelers and a high-hazard fire protection system.

Situation on 11.25 acres, the site provides fully fenced and secured yard areas, 140' secured truck loading area and 170 car parking spaces.
