A 926,000 square foot rail served warehouse distribution facility northwest of downtown Atlanta and south of the Chattahoochee Industrial Park. The building features 20' clear height, 159 truck docks, 30 rail docks and 600 parking stalls.
Built in stages from 1952 to 1964, this former Sears distribution center was acquired by Space Center in 1995 and served as headquarters for the Atlanta Committee for the Olympic Games (ACOG) in 1996.
