A 1.5 million square foot underground facility in Lee's Summit, Missouri. The site's naturally controlled climate is perfectly suited to the needs of its record storage and food product distribution clients.
This project was acquired in 1996. At present, 977,000 is developed and leased. The infrastructure for the balance of the project is in place. The subsurface will be fully developed by the year 2001.
